Main moves
We achieved planning for Martin’s Properties and are now working with the owner W.RE, to create a vibrant new space on Peterborough Road. Our scheme is conceived as a dynamic, sustainable and sensitive response to the surrounding neighbourhood, providing a contemporary workplace with adaptable open plan floors full of natural light. Our design draws on simple, elegant and functional forms in brick, zinc and aluminium that complement the existing streetscape, providing a useful new hub for the local business community.
Facade development
