The Royal Terrace was originally conceived in the 1820s as part of a grand architectural vision for Leamington Spa. Working closely with developer TAG Exclusive Properties, we created a scheme to transform the existing row of four Grade II listed houses into 22 luxury one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, and a five-bedroom triplex apartment. The original street-fronting façades were retained and a pair of three-bedroom townhouses were added at the rear of the site. The landscaped garden marks the period buildings’ original historical boundaries. Each apartment features a thoughtful blend of old and new, with contemporary fixtures and fittings complementing the restoration of original architectural features.
